Our Facilities

Literacy Green Bay is located at 424 S. Monroe Avenue in the Madison-Monroe office building on the east side of Green Bay in the near-downtown area. Parking is located in the Madison-Monroe parking lot in the back of the building off Madison Street. The surrounding side streets have a three hour parking limit as well.

 

Facilities include a large Learning Center with an outside exit to parking and  staff offices on both the main and lower levels that are accessible through the main entrance. The lower level also has three classrooms, a computer lab, a childcare room, and a tutoring space, which are also accessible by elevator from the main entrance.

 

The building is handicapped accessible with an elevator.. Tutor training workshops and board meetings are held in the Learning Center.

 

Our Office Hours

The business hours are:

     Mondays        8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

     Tuesdays       8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

     Wednesday   8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

     Thursdays     8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

     Fridays          8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. noon

 

Staff is present Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. while programs are in session.  Tutoring pairs may meet in the lower level tutoring room after business hours.
